Former Director at International Cooperation of the Pacific Asia Resource Center in Japan (PARC), Koshida is now involved in the launch of action oriented research in his hometown, Sapporo. His main interest to date is the empowerment of the youth and thus is very much interested in the developments of the ARENA programme on Regional School.
