Director of the Research Center for Gender and Development and Professor at the Hanoi University of Social Science and Development, Thi Quy is involved in the Advisory Task Force of the Asian Pacific Forum of Women, Law and Development in Chiangmai, Thailand. Among the many tasks she administers in her advocacy for women's rights and gender equality are conducting research on gender issues, facilitating gender sensitivity trainings and discussion in universities and offices in major cities in Vietnam and contributing to local magazines.
