SIT, Tsui(Magaret) is lecture of Department of Sociology of East China Nomar University, Shanghai, China. Her research areas include cultural studies, translation, comparative literature, gender and development. She is research associate of Kwan Fong Cultural Research and Development Program of Lingnan University, Hong Kong. She is also associate coordinator of a development organization, the China Social Services and Development Reseach Center(CSD).

She was Co-director of MA in Inter-Asia NGO Studies (MAINS) program at Sungkonghoe University, Seoul, South Korea, for the spring semester of academic year of 2008.
