Professor in the Centre for Russian, Central Asian and East European Studies in the School of International Studies, NJU, Anuradha is an activist on peace and gender and is a founding member of the Pakistan-Indian Forum for Peace and Democracy.

A member of the Centre for Education and Communication among others, her most recent published works are: Militarism and Women in South Asia, 2001 and The Making of A New Russia, 2001.
